| I'm a 3rd year psych student here at UCR. I started working in Dr. Burgess' lab for about a year now. I began working for grad student Jon Willits and his Proper Names Priming Project where. In this experiment we looked at how names and objects are primed based on certain stereotypes. I ran the subjects for this experiment and continued to do so until we had enough data. Currently I am working on a LiveJournal Corpus where we are looking a language differences among different ethnicites. I will continue to work in this lab until I do graduate, and I hope that my time here will help my future career choice. |
