I am a 4th year undergrad student, and I am majoring in psychology. I graduate in June 2007 and plan on going to graduate school after a year of research experience. In terms of research, I have presented a poster at the UCLA Undergrad Conference (2005) that investigated the effects of gender and agreeableness on extraversion. The research paper was written for Dr. Burgess’s “PSYC 12: Research Methods” class.

I have been a research assistant in Dr. Burgess’s lab for three quarters. My main research area involves searching for potential subjects on Livejournal.com. Their blogs may be used in Dr. Burgess’s HAL model, which shows how closely words are associated. I am currently working on posting political surveys on researchmethods.ws and possibly studying results in the future.
